Bahareh is a licensed building practitioner with over 18 years of experience on commercial, residential and educational buildings, both internationally and across New Zealand.
She holds a Master's Degree in Sustainable Architecture and is a Certified Passive House Consultant. Her practice is shaped by a long-standing interest in sustainable architecture, energy-saving design, and off-grid living.

Senior Structural Engineer
Demetre leads the structural engineering side of the studio. His work spans residential systems and more complex analyses, with a focus on simple, cost-effective structure that supports the architectural intent rather than competing with it.
He is involved from early concept through to construction monitoring, ensuring the structure built on site reflects the design and meets every Building Consent condition.
